As a master electrician with nearly two decades of electrical project expertise, Wesley provides oversight and leadership for many aspects of the electrical design and delivery of our systems. In the field, Wesley manages coordination and communication for electrical inspections, ensures code compliance and oversees electrical Quality Assurance measures for each installation. In the planning and design phases, he also assists with project estimating and site assessment reviews. He is also a valuable resource for internal training.
Prior to working in solar, Wesley managed many diverse electrical projects in both the private and public sector. As a result, he has a broad base of facility management, construction and electrical permitting knowledge. Wesley is also an adept problem-solver with the ability to suggest alternative, quality solutions if needed.
Wesley attended the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and completed his electrical apprenticeship through Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. He is passionate about reducing our carbon footprint through clean energy production. As an outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, bird hunting and fishing, he has a keen appreciation and devotion to the importance of maintaining our natural resources. When not at the office or on the jobsite, Wesley enjoys staying active and playing sports, especially with his teenage son.
