Cindy joined SunPeak in 2019. Though she supports multiple teams across the organization, her time is largely devoted to the project execution group where she assists with recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and managing travel logistics for field personnel. Her varied skillset also includes support within IT, procurement and sales.
Cindy has more than twenty years of prior business support experience, largely within the renewable construction industry. Her previous work for a large-scale wind power engineering firm gave her extensive jobsite exposure and knowledge. She really likes the construction environment and is an avid do-it-yourselfer in her free time. She is the proud owner of multiple pairs of steel toe boots and looks forward to opportunities to visit our field teams in action.
When not working at SunPeak or managing a home project, Cindy likes to spend time with friends and family.
Primary Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Manage recruitment efforts for positions within the project execution team.
• Provide employee onboarding services including training and IT support.
• Facilitate travel arrangements for field personnel.
