As a Field Operations Assistant at SunPeak, Eli supports the successful execution of solar installation projects by helping coordinate materials, equipment, schedules, and field operations. He plays a key role in ensuring projects are organized, safe, and prepared for efficient construction.
Eli brings a strong construction and electrical background to the role, with more than three years of hands-on experience as an electrician and electrical apprentice. His work has included residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems, along with experience interpreting blueprints, troubleshooting electrical issues, and working safely in active construction environments. This foundation allows Eli to effectively support preconstruction planning, logistics coordination, and on-site problem solving.
Currently continuing his education and work hours toward his journeyman and master electrician licenses, Eli is motivated by the rapid growth and long-term potential of renewable energy. He is excited to be part of an industry that is shaping the future of energy while contributing to high-quality solar projects across the region.
Outside of work, Eli enjoys waterfowl and deer hunting and spending time with his family.
