Zach directs the accounting and human resources functions for SunPeak. He oversees budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, benefits, insurance coordination, and serves as a strategic partner to SunPeak's principals, providing analyses, forecasting models, and financial insight that inform company decisions and support SunPeak's continued growth. He works closely with team leaders across the company to keep every department informed and engaged throughout the budgetary process. Zach and his team are also responsible for helping SunPeak attract and keep the talent that drives its projects.
Zach is a licensed CPA and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Norbert College. When not at work, Zach enjoys spending time with his family. He and Ashley have three children, and their favorite family pastime is camping in their travel trailer and spending time outdoors.
